Our darkest roast, Gilmore is smooth and well-balanced, yet still full of flavour. A bit chocolatey and nutty (like the roasters themselves), with subtle hints of sweetness. This single origin Guatemalan coffee is great for espresso, and pairs nicely with milk and almond beverages.

I bought the Gilmore coffee on a whim from the Muddy Waters cafe in Harrison since I often work at an office on Gilmore in Burnaby and it felt like a sign....and am I ever glad that I'm mildly superstitious and made this spontaneous purchase because this is honestly one of the BEST new (to me) coffees I've tried in years.
